How to take care of your Miami Bag?
We know you want a long and happy life for your new Miami Bag, so we have a few things we want you to know. To clean your Miami Bag:
– only use a “hand wash” program if you prefer to machine wash, although we recommend you completely hand wash
– use cold water
– DO NOT use fabric softeners
– DO NOT spin
– DO NOT iron, leave the bag in a horizontal position to smooth out creases
– DO NOT dry clean
– dry only in a horizontal position
If Miami Bag comes with folds, what should I do?
We’ve tried to pack our handbags in the most appropriate and safety way in order to avoid any folds and damage. But sometimes shipping carriers are not so gentle with packages during transportation. In case you have folds on your Miami Bag please hang it somewhere and leave it for a night. You also could use a little steam to speed up the process.

How do I store Miami Bag?
Neoprene fabric is an absolutely amazing material, but it is also very delicate so you have to take care for it very gently. The best way to keep it for longer is to keep it stable on a surface instead of hanging.

How fast are orders processed?
Return of the Miami Bag
If you are not satisfied with your Miami Bag, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.
For this purpose, please send the bag to the Speedy office from which it was sent to you or contact our employee for further information.
The order must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received (cardboard box), folded in the same way it was received (due to the specificity of the material and the possibility of its damage) . The bag must not be worn, washed, perfumed and the tags must not be removed.
If we find that any of these conditions have not been met, we reserve the right not to refund your account and have to ship the returned item back to you.
Please note that the courier costs for returning the product are entirely borne by the buyer.
All amounts paid by cash on delivery will be refunded to a bank account within 10 working days.
You have the right to make a claim, in case of manufacturing defects of the product discovered upon receipt or inconsistency with the ordered color, size or model.
In these cases, the costs of returns and subsequent shipping will be handled by Miami Bag.
What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?

If import taxes and duties are not paid on arrival at the destination country and the shipment is refused by the receiver, Miami Bag will request the freight carrier to return the goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the purchaser will receive a refund of the item/s less any return freight costs incurred by Miami Bag.
