How to take care of your Miami Bag?

We know you want a long and happy life for your new Miami Bag, so we have a few things we want to tell you and let you know. To clean your Miami Bag:

– Use only the “manual wash” program if you prefer machine washing, although we recommend a completely manual wash
– use cold water
– DO NOT use fabric softeners
– DO NOT use centrifugation
– DO NOT iron, but leave the bag in a horizontal position to smooth the folds
– DO NOT use dry cleaning
– Dry only in a horizontal position

What if the Miami Bag arrive with folds?

If your bag arrives with folds – DO NOT PANIC 🙂

Although we have taken all precautions when sending bags in protective, transport boxes, this is normal due to the risk of postal and courier services.

Just hang it empty overnight on a handle or hanger or speed up the process with a little steam, which will really quickly bring the bag back to life, but DO NOT IRON.

Remember that your bag has been in its packaging for some time and after removal the mold will soften and smooth, as neoprene is a soft and flexible material.

Keeping Miami Bag

Although neoprene is an absolutely amazing material, it is also very delicate and our bags will show signs of wear just like any other bag. The best way to keep your bag beautiful and healthy is to make sure they are always on the surface when full without hanging from the handles and always ensure that the bag is not overloaded.

Is it mandatory to have a registration in order to place an order?

Miami Bag Delivery

Free standard delivery to Speedy’s office throughout the country, for orders over BGN 100.

Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days absolutely free of charge, to the office of a courier company of your choice.

For orders to the recipient’s address, an additional courier service is charged, the amount of which is visible before the completion of the order and is subject to approval by the customer.

Please leave a mobile contact number, which will be used only for the needs of the courier company.

For deliveries outside the country, please note that there may be additional duties and taxes under local law, which are the responsibility of the recipient and do not depend on the supplier.

Return of the Miami Bag
If you are not satisfied with your Miami Bag, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

To do this, please send the bag to the Speedy office from which it was sent to you or contact our employee for more information.

The order must be returned in the original packaging with which it was received (cardboard box), be folded in an identical manner to the receipt (due to the specifics of the material and the possibility of damage). The receipt and a completed return form must also be attached, which can & gt; download here .

The bag must not be worn, washed, perfumed and labels must not be removed.

If we find that any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to refund the amount in your account and will have to return the returned item to you.

Please note that the courier costs for returning the product are entirely at the expense of the buyer.

All amounts paid by cash on delivery will be refunded to your bank account within 10 business days.

You have the right to make a complaint in case of manufacturing defects of the product found upon receipt or non-compliance with the ordered color, size or model.
In these cases, the cost of return and subsequent delivery will be borne by Miami Bag.
