RETURN CONDITIONS

If you are not satisfied with your Miami Bag, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. The order must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received (cardboard box), folded in the same way it was received. The bag must not be worn, washed, perfumed and the tags must not be removed. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us directly via email.

You have the right to make a claim, in case of manufacturing defects of the product discovered upon receipt or inconsistency with the ordered color, size or model.
In these cases, the costs of returns and subsequent shipping will be handled by Miami Bag.
